Louie is currently a member of the Nevada State Board of Directors for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and the Southern Nevada Board Representative for the state. He is affiliated with the American Marketing Association (AMA), American Association of Anger Management Providers (AAAMP), an Executive Member of the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce (LVMCC) and Henderson Chamber of Commerce (HCC), and a member of Vegas Young Professionals (VYP).

William was born and raised in Indonesia where he was taught how to lead and become a successful entrepreneur from the age of 10. His parents groomed him to continue their family’s business in packaging and become a businessman. Their guidance shaped his passion in business and he decided to pursue a degree in business.
Over the past 10 years, William has taken multiple roles in the business sector ranging from customer service, to the Digital Media Analyst at Cirque du Soleil, to now heading business development of his own companies.
His goal in life is to be able to give back to the community and is the driving force behind his businesses.

Chief Operations OfficerEmbarking on his professional journey as a Patient Advocate in the mental health landscape, Mark progressed through various roles, including Performance Improvement and Risk Management Coordinator and Director, demonstrating dedication and leadership.
In 2019, Mark joined the Tancell Care family. His great and positive impact over the years has lead to his recent appointment to Chief Executive Officer.
His commitment to fostering innovation, participant-centered approaches, and ethical decision-making underscores his unwavering commitment to all within the organization.

Corporate ControllerBefore being named Finance Director/Controller in December 2023, Jaime was the accountant of Tancell Care LLC and Autism Pride Center and was responsible for all the company financial Statement not limited to the daily accounting activities beginning of September 2021.
Jaime has over 30 years of experience in the finance industry that includes Advertising, Construction and Homeowners Association Management. Broadly base knowledge gained through senior level management of accounting, compliance, finance, human resources, and operation units.

He was allowed to prove himself by being hired as just an Accounting Assistant, but with extreme drive, determination, and persistence, was able to earn the position of Junior Accountant.
His duties consist of updating financial statements, maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable, paying monthly expenses, and preparing financial reports.
